Meet the Team
We have a collaborative and flexible mindset as an organisation. Each member of the teams leads on a strand of work but we also come together for larger projects.
Our values and vision are very important to us, kindess is our currency and we give what we can. You will also see that we all invest in our local community through other interests and passions as well as BizEd. This is important to us as it keeps us connected within our communities and we see this as a benefit to the organisation.

Apprentice
Ellie Meredith
Ellie is currently doing an apprenticeship with BizEd in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability at Manchester Met, in partnership with Re-Action Collective. She’s all about climate action and finds boundless joy in the power of collective action, thriving on the magic that happens when people come together to make a difference. When she’s not working, Ellie volunteers with Shropshire Wildlife Trust, spending her weekends helping protect local wildlife. Her happy place? By the sea with her dogs or up a mountain somewhere.
“Growing up in a rural county myself, I know how hard it is to access these opportunities if you are on a low income. We all need a little help sometimes, and through this website and resources I can help more individuals get those chances they need – especially in these difficult times.”
