We have a range of community workshops, climate cafes and events to go along to as an individual, with a friend or we may be able to organise one for your community group.
In today’s world, understanding and addressing climate change is no longer something we can push to tomorrow's agenda—it’s essential. We have a growing number of community climate offerings that we can put you in touch with.
Why Climate Education Matters
Climate anxiety is on the rise, globally 70% of employees feel this way. The impetus for change is there we just need to make the waves. Engaging in climate conversations and equipping yourself with the knowledge and skills you need can make a profound difference.
Reinvesting in community
We fund these community workshops through monies raised from the paid workshops. This is one of the way we nurture our local community, here in Shropshire.

Collaborative workshops that break down the complexities of climate science into bite size chunks - in just 3 hrs.
We have a bunch of highly skilled facilitators in Shropshire and the region and can offer off the shelf or bespoke packages.
Climate Fresk is part of a growing movement - 1.7 million people have already been on one globally and you can too!

Sponsored by Veolia and BizEd and Inspired by the 161+ founders of climate cafés across 46 countries, from Force of Nature, Ellie with some friends launched Shropshire's first Climate Cafe.
Their plan: make space for people to explore their climate anxiety and channel it into meaningful, tangible actions that make a difference in our community.
Ellie is running litter picks, visible mending workshops and nature journaling exercises as part of the Climate Cafe series.

Low-Carbon Life

In collaborative groups, participants will envision a desirable low-carbon future, guided by experienced facilitators.
Using intuitive, visual, scaled cards, we'll discuss the effects of our daily choices—like diet, transportation, and consumption—while identifying obstacles to change.
Together, we’ll generate positive solutions to take meaningful action against the climate emergency.
